SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE - TALENT ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT

DESIGNATION OF POST: SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE - TALENT ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT




Requirements to apply: 

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the field of Human Resources at a reputed company

• Bachelors Degree in the fields of Human Resources, Management, Business or any other relevant field or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management Candidates with specialized work experience in key HR areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Strategic HR and/or HR Policy building will have an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala Excellent business drafting skills and presentation skills 

• Innovative thinker with strong analytical skills 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a go-getter attitude If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include: 

• Take ownership of running the Training and Development process by coordinating with Training Institutes, Trainers and relevant internal stakeholders to identify and recommend suitable training programs for employees 

• Liaise with Senior Management/ Divisional Heads to identify annual, bi-annual training requirements (foreign and local), preparation of TNA, formulate a training calendar for the year and facilitate the process Liaise with foreign exchanges and other related counterparts to organize cross-exchange development programs for employees 



• Manage the new employee induction process, the Internship Pool and spearhead the annual Corporate Induction program for new recruits Involve in Talent Attraction related activities including strengthening CSE's employer value proposition, HR Branding and employer visibility Innovate on new sourcing options to attract suitable talent to the organization 

• Handle recruitment/on-boarding process for selected positions Spearhead employee engagement, welfare activities, employee rewards/awards and recognition schemes to increase employee motivation and cross engagement 

• Develop and implement regular employee surveys and analyze the findings for the information of the Senior Management Team Attend to any other duties/projects assigned by the Vice President - Human Resources/Management
